Refund Policy

Sometimes orders will be delayed due to transportation and supply chain issues. If we know your order is delayed at time of purchase, we will inform you at Checkout, and ask you to check a verification box as an acknowledgement. After placing your order, you may cancel for a full refund up until your order’s shipping date. If we learn your order will be unreasonably delayed after purchase, we will inform you by email, and ask if you want to wait or cancel your order for a full refund.

As CockBlock™ is designed for intimate personal use, we can only accept returns for exchange if the unit arrives to you damaged or is defective. Once the product is purchased, we cannot accept returns because of change of mind. We also cannot accept returns for a unit that has been damaged due to improper use or care. Please ensure you read our Usage Instructions carefully.

If you receive a defective or damaged unit, please notify CockBlock Toys™ by emailing help@cockblocktoys.com within 30 days of receiving the product. We are unable to accept returns after 30 days. Please include your full name, order number and give as much detail as possible on the issue, including photographs. We will then evaluate your message and respond to you within 48 hours with details of your exchange. Postage fees for returning defective products will be paid for by CockBlock Toys.
