CockBlock was designed to be like a “two-cock adapter,” where the primary sensations come from mutual stroking and direct contact. That's why our original sleeve has a nuanced texture that lets you focus on your partner. However, many of you want more textured sleeves to switch things up. Some of you love the current feel but want variety, while others are looking for sensations closer to traditional strokers.

Regular or Tighter?
Choose Your Grip
Not sure which grip to choose? While the texture stays the same, each sleeve comes in two grip options—Regular and Tighter—offering a subtle difference in firmness and hold to give you even more ability to make CockBlock feel perfect.
We surveyed our customers to learn why they prefer one over the other to give some guidance which to pick. Do larger guys prefer Regular? Do cut guys prefer Tighter? Much to our surprise, we couldn't find a correlation - seems it’s not about size or anatomy. It’s about feel.
Some prefer the slightly looser, more flexible hold of Regular. Others love the firmer, snugger grip of Tighter. It’s a personal thing—and in testing, even a small difference made a big impact on preference.
If you're unsure, start with Regular. If you like a bit more grip, Tighter might be your thing.
SLEEVE DEVELOPMENT
Curious how we went about making sure you love the new sleeves? Here's how we did it:
1. First we collaborated with factory engineers to develop new textures. After reviewing several designs, we landed on what we internally called "bumps" and "ridges".
2. Next, we created sample molds and had ten prototypes of each texture produced in both Regular and Tighter grips.
3. We reached out to our customers for volunteers and selected ten testers with available partners - that's twenty cocks! 🍆🍆🍆🍆🍆🍆🍆🍆🍆🍆🍆🍆🍆🍆🍆🍆🍆🍆🍆🍆
4. The testers did the CockBlock science, and sent in the results. We were very relieved (and super excited) that the feedback was fantastic.
5. With the data in, we built production molds and placed our first manufacturing order, and got ready for launch.
